adzoo is a collaboration of individuals passionate in their fields. Our staff enjoy the freedom to roam their plains, as a result, they know they fit within the wider team like the pieces of a puzzle. With a combined industry experience of over ninety years, our team are highly trained and able to rely on another to strengthen, assist and learn from. We’re all about teamwork and, at adzoo, we encourage growth and the evolution of ideas, skills and life. This collaborative clan is our pride.
The Founder and Director of adzoo is a highly recognised Brand Strategist. Graham’s strategic business thinking has not only delivered client growth but has seen adzoo form into one of Perth’s leading creative and digital destinations.
Our founder’s thirst for knowledge and innovation has seen him travel around the world to keep up on the latest trends at globally recognised brand strategy events. Graham has completed his MBA at the UNSW and previously sat on the Australian Marketing Institute WA State Board.
Graham proudly resides on the Board of Edmund Rice WA, a charity organisation that provides camps for under privileged kids in WA.
Director of Accounts
Fresh thinking, enthusiastic and innovative Jarrod has honed his experience over the past 25 years on both client and agency side across advertising, media, internal and external communications, brand management, integrated marketing, public relations, strategic communications and more recently digital marketing, SEO/SEM and social media management.
Jarrod has also expanded our offering into content generation and television production through a separate brand Nocturnal House Productions.
James has nearly 30 years of local and international experience in the design, advertising and marketing industry, ranging from small boutique design firms to Perth’s largest advertising agencies.
James is a talented illustrator and his skills embrace a breadth of creative disciplines from brand identity to full campaigns involving TV and press.
He has worked with Grey Advertising in New York and also completed projects in South East Asia and in all of Australia’s mainland capital cities over the past two decades.
Matt has 18 years of Media experience. He has worked across a variety of mediums including print, outdoor, tv and radio. Matt has recently joined adzoo after holding senior positions with a number of leading media organisations, most recently having been General Manager of advertising at The West Australian for 8 years.
Due to the nature of this position, Matt worked with some of Western Australia’s leading brands. Specialising in the retail sector, Matt understands retail and the value clients must get for their advertising and marketing dollar.
Colleen holds over 16 years of marketing experience in the residential property development sector. Especially relevant to her current accounts, Colleen’s professional portfolio includes working for Perth’s property giants; Satterley, Mirvac WA and PEET. Colleen joined the zoo in the summer of 2017 and hit the ground running. With her organic flair for exceeding client expectations and maintaining long-lasting professional relationships, she ensures her clients are always ahead of the game. Col’s portfolio is forever expanding at adzoo whilst utilising her prodigious skillset across our property, retail and corporate clients
Prior to joining the zoo, Bec had spent her 8 year marketing career client-side. Having worked across tourism (in the Broome and Kimberley region), retail, hospitality, manufacturing (beer, swimming pools and spas) and B2B marketing, Bec is greatly enjoying the challenge of working agency side and assisting her clients to achieve their marketing goals.
Melissa is a recent ECU Graduate and has a wealth of knowledge in Events Marketing, Volunteer support and Community outreach programs. Melissa is a rather vibrant Accounts executive; her talent and drive allow her to grow and learn in this ever-changing industry. Working across numerous accounts at the zoo, Mel exceeds the pace with style and flair.
Jeremy came to the zoo with 20 years of experience in design, development and production. Having worked for local and international agencies, there is little that Jeremy hasn’t seen or taken part in. As a result, his skills as a leader and manager of the design team are invaluable contributions to the smooth and easy running of the adzoo team.
Jenna brings over 11 years experience to the Adzoo team. Working within marketing, in-house and advertising creative studios here in Perth, Sydney and London. Jenna is dedicated to really getting to know each client and their brand. She believes this is an integral part of creating unique, creative communication.
Working in a fast paced environment, creating big ideas, and then bringing them to life with the high level of craft they deserve is a top priority for this Art Director.
Neil has a broad range of art direction and design experience gained in the UK, Middle East and Perth, bringing an adaptive and flexible approach to all creative challenges; from branding to retail to digital content creation. Enjoying the collaborative nature of the creative industries, Neil values his colleagues’ input and feedback to produce the best possible result for our clients. Neil is motivated to bring ideas to life across all evolving media channels, and understands about working to budgets and deadlines while juggling multiple projects. His experience has taught him to think both strategically and creatively to solve clients’ business problems. Overall, he is inspired by the power of great ideas that can be expressed in creative and simple ways to change behaviour and attitudes.
Head of Digital
With over 17 years of local and international (Europe and USA) experience in affiliate marketing, web design and development and search engine optimisation, Adam advised some of the largest companies in Poland and Germany before coming to Australia. His experiences as an e-commerce consultant and with SEO, CPA, CPC, PPL and PPS make him the ideal head of the digital team.
Senior Digital Designer
Matt is our Senior Digital Designer with an eye for pixel perfection. His forte is front-end digital design with strong HTML, CSS and WordPress development skills. Furthermore, Matt has worked on a number of high-profile campaigns across a number of different industries. Jumping in between design agencies, mining and the events industry Matt has become a digital design guru with experience designing print advertising, animation, 3D and audio production.
Social Community Manager
Ashayla impressed the directors of adzoo by pitching for her position. Having previously managed a number of successful social media accounts, for fun, Ashayla now manages social accounts for our clients. She does through organic posting, content strategy and managing social campaigns. In addition, Ashayla creates content for social media, blogs and whips up text for the websites the digital team creates.
